Every red head (Ginga), on this planet has probably been acustom to the childish mockery from their peers throughout stages of their childhood and teenage years. The Urban Dictionary refers to the "Token Black Guy" as:

the black guy put in a movie in order to please the black community and give of the impression of racial acceptance

As the only red head in my social circle, I have been labelled the "Token Ginga", similar to the token black guy, only Ginga.
